Cancellation Policy
Refunds will be issued in full as long as your cancellation is made 4 hours IN ADVANCE prior to your call. You will be eligible to reschedule up to 3 hours in advance. Please ensure to be timely, your booking starts on time and will end on time regardless of your sign on. You can book as late as 2 hours ahead but reminder late bookings are ineligible for refunds or rescheduling due to enforced policy. Cancellations or rescheduling must be done online. Texts, emails, or calls are not accepted as a notice. Ensure to be on the lookout for an EMAIL with questionnaire to better personalize your session. Be mindful of these policies before booking!
